What Is A Smile??

  It is a facial expression in which the eyes brighten and the corners of the mouth curve slightly upward and which expresses especially amusement, pleasure or approval.

  This is what the dictionary said.

  

But what its really means and how its existence affect our life biologically?



     Smiling activates tiny molecules in our brain that are designed to fend off stress. These molecules, called neuropeptides, facilitate communication between neurons in our brain. Also, when we smile, our brain releases dopamine, endorphins and serotonin. These neurotransmitters are associated with lowering our anxiety and increasing feelings of happiness. 

     This is the biology behind smiling face 😂😂.
