 No doubt God is Al Mighty, and we praise her. But TIME is the only thing that the Al Mighty also praises.

People used to complaint that they do not have enough time for exercise, mediation and many a times they merely have time for themselves.

The proverb: Time never waits anyone, it keep on flowing as like as rivers. This comes true when people are at the last stage of their goal and due to lack of timing only they fail to achieve that. This made them depressed and started overthinking, but they just don't think that ' Overthinking also waste their time.' 

     People have to control their emotions as well as feelings because only these things, when controled, made better use of their time as all the feeling of anxiety, stress, depression and overthinking take much of time to stabilize and our mind keep spending time over them.

   KNOW HOW TO CONTROL EMOTIONS??

Just think on it that we cannot buy the time so why we are wasting it. 

From the very childhood our parents teach how to save money but no one tell about how to SAVE TIME.

This mentality must be changed for getting more out of less.

 We have to look over it because money may come, money may go but time goes on forever.

   The one who wanted to get success at early age they must knows the flow of time only by understanding that person will absolutely get success at their early age.

   Time should be valued, otherwise time teaches us to value itself at once.
