 The biggest problem now a days is COVID. There’s a lot of advice being offered right now about how to physically healthy during these days such as washing hands, and practicing social distancing.

We are looking and observing the external environment that resembles a dangerous situation but the most important thing that we are lacking is to observe and experience our internal state of mind.

      Have patience and strength in your mind even severe negative externalities did not affect the positive state of mind.

      A few small changes can make big improvements in our mental health, including daily exercise, mediation and spending time with near and dears.

      

In my Opinion:


1.Try to see less news in the current scenario as there is nothing new in the news these days.



2.It’s important to recognize the warning signs of stress so we can take action and get the help that we needed.

                             

3. Maintain Social Connections, Even we can’t physically be around people, we can still remain connected to friends, family, and community.

Writing the solutions are easy but the most difficult thing is to implement it into reality. This is a big change, but we have to go through it with a "Smile on Face" and "strength in mind."

   


 Because at some point this restrictions will end, and many of the issues that we are stressing out right now won’t be problems anymore. 

        Keeping this in mind, will help us to keep things in our control.

       

      Just think on this statement: Your life is important although you are upset with this life.
